YOUR CONSULTATION Before any treatment, we'll sit down for a proper chat, no rushing, no jargon. We'll talk through your medical history, any medications or allergies, and what's brought you in today. Next, we'll look at what's bothering you, whether that's fine lines, crow's feet, a furrowed brow, excessive sweating, or teeth grinding, and talk honestly about what cosmetic injectables can (and can't) do for you. We'll assess your facial muscles and movement to work out the right approach for your face, not a one-size-fits-all plan. You'll leave with a clear treatment plan, transparent pricing, and all the information you need to make an informed decision, including any risks or side effects. Nothing goes ahead without your full understanding and consent. We'll also cover aftercare, so you know exactly what to expect (and avoid) in the days following treatment, and when to book in for your follow-up. No pressure, no upselling, just an honest conversation about what's right for you. What are cosmetic injectables: Cosmetic injectables (often known as Botox™ or botulinum toxin fillers) have been around since the 80s and just like gold lamé they're still going strong. It has become famous in recent years as the celebrity solution to fine lines, crow's feet and wrinkles. By relaxing the facial muscles that cause your skin to crease, the treatment aims to smooth out the furrows on your face, chin and neck. It can even be used to treat excessive perspiration - so no need to be a sweaty Betty (or Berty) anymore and persistent tooth grinding (thanks to its muscle tension-reducing properties).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients. How to cancel or reschedule: Please contact us by phone, email, or through your online booking account as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding, this policy helps us continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
