Service Description
YOUR REVIEW APPOINTMENT About 10-14 days after your treatment, once everything's fully settled, we'll invite you back in for a review. This is where we check your results together, look at symmetry and coverage, and make sure everything's looking exactly as it should. We'll ask how you're feeling about the outcome and whether it matches what we discussed at your consultation. If any areas need a little extra attention, we'll pop in a top-up, usually included within your original treatment cost if you're within the review window. We'll also flag anything worth keeping an eye on, and talk through when you can expect results to gradually wear off, so you know exactly when to book in again (typically 3-4 months down the line).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients. How to cancel or reschedule: Please contact us by phone, email, or through your online booking account as soon as possible.
