A deep clean for congested, oily, or breakout-prone skin. This chemical peel works to exfoliate away dead skin cells, decongest clogged pores, and calm inflammation, targeting blackheads, blemishes, and dullness at the source rather than just masking them. As the solution works, you may feel some tingling or warmth, followed by gentle flaking or peeling over the next few days as the outer layer of skin renews. Once any redness settles, you're left with clearer, smoother, more balanced skin and a noticeably brighter complexion. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first appointment (not needed again if you've had one with us in the last 6 months), just to make sure your skin plays nicely with the ingredients before we go ahead.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients.
