Service Description
A brightening peel powered by 30% lactic acid, gently loosening dead skin cells to reveal skin that's smoother, plumper, and more even in tone. As an alpha hydroxy acid, lactic acid also boosts cell turnover and stimulates collagen production, helping to soften fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation over time. A low-to-medium depth peel, this makes it a great option for first-timers or those with more sensitive skin, offering visible results with minimal side effects and little to no downtime. You may notice some tingling during application and light flaking over the following days as fresher skin comes through. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first appointment (not needed again if you've had one with us in the last 6 months).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients. How to cancel or reschedule: Please contact us by phone, email, or through your online booking account as soon as possible.
