This treatment uses targeted laser energy to disable hair follicles in the treated area, commonly the upper lip, chin, or jawline, permanently reducing hair growth over a course of sessions. The laser targets the pigment in the hair itself, so treatment is most effective on darker, coarser hairs, and works best when hair is in its active growth phase, which is why a course of regular sessions is needed to catch hair at different stages of the growth cycle. Sessions are quick, with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime, some redness or slight sensitivity in the treated area is normal and settles quickly. A course of 6-8 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, is typically recommended for optimal results, with occasional top-ups to maintain long-term smoothness.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients.
