One of the most exciting advances in skin regeneration, polynucleotides are derived from purified DNA fragments that work to repair and rejuvenate skin from within. Injected into the delicate under-eye area, they help improve skin quality, boost hydration, and encourage the skin's natural repair processes, making them a gentle yet effective option for a notoriously tricky area. Unlike filler, polynucleotides don't add volume, so there's no risk of puffiness or a "filled" look. Instead, they work to thicken and strengthen thin under-eye skin, improve texture, and soften the appearance of fine lines and dark circles caused by skin quality rather than lost volume. A course of 3 sessions, spaced 2-3 weeks apart, is typically recommended, with results building gradually and lasting several months, making this a great regenerative option alongside or instead of traditional under-eye filler.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients.
