This treatment is designed specifically for teenage skin, focusing on gentle care, education, and prevention rather than anti-ageing results. We work with the unique challenges of younger skin, think breakouts, oiliness, and hormonal changes, using gentle, non-invasive treatments to cleanse, balance, and calm the skin without over-treating or stripping it. Alongside the treatment itself, we'll talk through a simple, effective skincare routine tailored to your skin type, along with practical advice on things like SPF, diet, and habits that can help prevent future breakouts and long-term skin issues before they start. It's about building healthy foundations early, so good skin becomes a habit, not a struggle.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability, to avoid impacting other clients. How to cancel or reschedule: Please contact us by phone, email, or through your online booking account as soon as possible.
