Rent Our Room A beautiful, professional treatment space featuring a fully equipped Head Spa, perfect for beauty, hair, scalp and wellness professionals looking for a ready-to-use space to welcome their clients. Available to book directly through our website, giving you the flexibility of a professional treatment room without the commitment of your own premises. £50 per day 9:00am – 5:00pm Available Monday – Sunday Simply select your preferred date and book Treatment Room 1 online.
Cancellation Policy
By booking Treatment Room 1 at Timeless Skin, you agree to the following terms. Room Hire The Room is available Monday–Sunday, 9am–5pm, at £50 per day. Your booking includes use of the room and included Head Spa equipment during these hours. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your selected date is only secured once payment has been successfully received. Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and non-attendance are non-refundable. Where sufficient notice is provided, a date transfer or refund may be offered where applicable. Professional Requirements The room may only be used by appropriately qualified and insured professionals. You are responsible for holding all qualifications, insurance, licences and documentation required for the services you provide. Timeless Skin may request evidence before allowing room use. Your Clients & Treatments You operate independently from Timeless Skin and remain responsible for your own clients, treatments, consultations, consent forms, client records, payments and aftercare. Room hire does not constitute employment, partnership or endorsement by Timeless Skin. Equipment & Damages All equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose. Any damage or faults must be reported immediately. You may be responsible for the cost of damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow appropriate procedures. Cleaning & Hygiene The Room must be left clean, hygienic and ready for the next user. All equipment and treatment surfaces used must be appropriately cleaned and disinfected. You are responsible for disposing of treatment waste safely and appropriately. Products & Consumables Unless otherwise agreed, you must provide your own products, consumables and specialist equipment. Timeless Skin stock must not be used without permission. Access Your hire period is strictly 9am–5pm. All treatments, cleaning and packing away must be completed within this time unless additional access has been agreed in advance. Responsibility Timeless Skin is not responsible for treatments or services independently provided by room renters. You are responsible for working safely and within the scope of your qualifications and insurance. By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this booking policy.
